These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pimbo ("the Service"), operated by Pimbo Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pimbo is a product information management (PIM) platform that helps you organise, enrich, and sync product data to your Shopify store. We provide the Service on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time. We'll give you reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect how you use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Pimbo is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Prices are shown in your local currency based on your region.

Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required during the trial. If you don't choose a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be paused.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable, though you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

5. Your data

You own your data. We do not claim any ownership rights over the product information, images, or other content you upload to Pimbo. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

If you cancel your account, we'll retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, it will be permanently deleted. You can request an export of your data at any time before deletion.

6. Shopify connection

Pimbo connects to your Shopify store via Shopify's API. By connecting your store, you authorise Pimbo to read and write product data, metafields, images, and related information in your Shopify store.

You're responsible for ensuring that you have the right to grant this access and that syncing data from Pimbo to your Shopify store doesn't violate any agreements you have with third parties.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep Pimbo available at all times, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Support is available via email and the in-app help centre. Response times vary by plan, but we aim to respond within one working day.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pimbo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
